Dear poster’s participants, we have an important announcement to share with you.
Due to financial constraints and the limited availability of funding sources, we have had to make some adjustments to our policies, particularly concerning registration fees, with special consideration for doctoral students.
A nominal fee of 1000 DZD will be charged for each certificate issued by the committee. This fee applies exclusively to participants who have presented posters. Co-authors wishing to obtain certificates will also be required to pay 1000 DZD for each certificate.
We understand that this may be a change from our previous policy, and we apologize for any inconvenience. However, please rest assured that this fee has been kept as low as possible to minimize the impact on participants.
Additionally, we want to emphasize that participants have the option to withdraw their participation at any time if they deem it necessary. Your satisfaction and convenience are important to us.

Important notes
- Students must attach a copy of a valid student identity card or a certificate/letter to the registration form showing the student's status at the University.
- Registration must be submitted via the conference account (Registration Link) “REGISTRATION BY E-MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED &. AFTER THE DEADLINE, CHANGES WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE”.
- After you register online, the corresponding author will receive a registration number and confirmation of reception via e-mail. Please refer to this number in all correspondence regarding the registration.
- The registration fee is per person.
